Rachel insisted on helping cook the vegetables for our fajitas tonight. I loved her apron and safety goggles! And I definitely LOVE this girl! She says she may want to be a cook when she grows up. So, I told her there's a lady who has a show on TV named Rachael Ray and maybe she can take her place. I got a big smile when I told her that... :)
