The official first day of Spring was March 20th, but I think the Netherlands missed the memo! We drove home in snow yesterday. As soon as we hit the Netherlands border, we were greeted by snow. At least it wasn't snowing in Paris. :) This morning I decided to let Rachel play out in the snow. I think it was her first official time playing in the snow. She was being pretty silly. She wouldn't touch the snow, because she didn't want to get "dirty". She's quite the girl! Rachel was still in her pajamas and boy was it fun to get her back inside to eat breakfast! :) I'm glad I let her play though, because most of it has already melted. It was still lightly snowing when we headed outside, so the first thing Rachel did was look up at the snow falling down.

Snow? Where are you Utah? She is sooooo cute playing in the snow and having fun. The weather here has actually been pretty nice being 62 degrees yesterday.
The picture of Rachel looking up at the snow is so darling! Wow, I'm soooo hoping for NO MORE snow, but I know it can snow here into April. My parents got 9 inches last week in Chicago, ugh. Hang in there--it'll look like spring there soon...hopefully!!:)
You did a ton of blogging didn't you. I love it! I am very jealous of your Paris trip. Sounds awesome. I love how Rachel thinks that everything is "Lellow." Hayden says yellow the same way but he thinks that everything is the color "bue."
Aw cute! She looks like she's having fun anyway! Must be an adjustment from the Texas heat!
cute pictures. love the new blog layout!
That was so cute watching her play in the snow. YOu are so good about getting cute videos of her! Amen to the snow...we had one cold Easter here. A family in our ward even declared that they weren't going to celebrate Easter, or do baskets or have their dinner until a couple of weeks from now when it gets warM!! Crazy huh?!?! Anyway, she is a cutie!
Wow, I always imagined tulips and plenty of sun there!? Sad. But, Rachel looks so cute bundled up!
