The other day Rachel enjoyed painting during Audrey's morning nap. Every once in awhile I try to be a good mom and do fun things like this with her while Audrey's napping. Rachel's favorite painting was of a princess in a purple castle. I painted the princess and she painted the castle. :) Check out that concentration!

Papa was so pleased to see you painting with your Mommy - your painting clothes were beautiful and so was you painting of the castle. I think you will be very good at painting and anything else you want to do. Just like your Mommy. But best of all I liked you painting with your left hand - just like me.

With that kind of painting - any parent wouldn't mind getting out the paints. The problem in my house seems to keep the art on the paper and off the couch, walls, drapes, floor and clothing!!!
